Deflation without a pump may be difficult, so pump use is recommended.
In cold or sub-zero conditions, fully inflate and allow the mattress to unfold naturally before folding again to prevent cracking.
Place a mat or tarp underneath for added protection.
Avoid use in water or extremely humid environments.
Keep sharp objects away from the mattress.
Washing machines, dryers, and tumble dryers are not suitable.
Use a separate cover if needed.
Check valve and spring pin before storage and ensure it is secured.
Do not place heavy electronic equipment directly on the mattress without protection.
Air chamber size may vary slightly depending on environment, temperature, and air pressure.

2-YEAR AIR BEAM WARRANTY
Air beams are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects only.
1-YEAR WARRANTY
All other components are covered by a 1-year free repair warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects only.
This warranty applies strictly to product defects. Any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence is not covered under this warranty.
In cases of major damage, full or partial component replacement may be required, and this may extend the repair time.
A basic self-repair kit is included with air tent products. Minor damage can be repaired using the self-repair kit. For non-manufacturing-related damage, repairs will be treated as paid services, and additional costs and repair time may apply.
Free gifts are not covered under this warranty.

- For in-stock items, orders are confirmed once payment is completed, and products will be dispatched when stock becomes available.

- Please inspect the product indoors upon delivery. Outdoor inspection may cause damage.
- When unpacking, place a groundsheet or vinyl sheet underneath to help prevent damage.
- If the item is not defective, including simple exchanges, round-trip shipping costs will apply.
- Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the size, weight, or number of parcels.
- Any loss or damage caused by inadequate return packaging may be deemed the customer’s responsibility. Please pack carefully.

- Minor marks such as manufacturing scratches or glue residue that do not affect performance are not eligible for free exchange or return.
- Damage caused by incorrect use or handling may be treated as paid warranty service.
- If the outer box has been opened or the vinyl packaging has been damaged solely for inspection, order cancellation may still be accepted.
- However, if individual components are damaged and the product can no longer be resold, cancellation may be restricted.

- Normal wear and tear after purchase.

- Please confirm all components and colours before camping. Colour is marked on the box.
- Each tent is fully inflated and inspected before shipment. Minor floor marks or light stains may occur during inspection and are not considered defects.
